About The Position

Daily Wire is seeking an experienced Digital Ad Sales Director to drive significant revenue growth by monetizing our premium digital editorial properties. This senior role focuses on strategic, relationship-driven sales with major brands, top agencies, and direct partners. Ideal candidates bring established industry relationships, a strong record of closing large-scale digital deals, and experience selling within or adjacent to the conservative media space.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, preferably within premium media, publishing, or news organizations
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue quotas through relationship-driven, consultative selling
  • Established senior-level relationships with Fortune 500 brands and top advertising agencies and holding companies (e.g., WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, GroupM)
  • Deep knowledge of digital ad products and formats, including display, video, native/sponsored content, podcast and email sponsorships
  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and measurement, including CPM, CPC, engagement, attribution, and ROI
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build long-term partnerships with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
  • Passion for conservative principles, current events, and The Daily Wire’s mission to champion facts, freedom, and counter-cultural storytelling
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance, mission-driven environment with a strong bias for results

Responsibilities

  • Leverage established senior-level relationships with national brands, major agencies, and holding companies to source, negotiate, and close high-value advertising partnerships
  • Drive revenue through consultative selling of cross-platform digital solutions, including premium display, native/sponsored content, video, newsletters, app inventory, and custom branded campaigns
  • Develop and deliver tailored, ROI-focused proposals and media plans highlighting audience scale, engagement, and brand alignment
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from strategic prospecting and executive-level presentations through contract negotiation, campaign oversight, and renewals
  • Partner closely with editorial, revenue operations, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and exceed client KPIs
  • Provide thought leadership on digital advertising trends, competitive positioning, and direct vs. programmatic opportunities
  • Accurately forecast revenue, manage a high-value pipeline, and contribute to overall sales and growth strategy
