Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in account management within a digital marketing or communications agency.
  • Execution Focus: Proven ability to manage complex workflows and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in a client-facing capacity.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new client brand voices and internal agency processes.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination: Attend all client meetings and partner with the strategy and project management teams to set and distribute agendas at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Communication: Act as a reliable point of contact for timely responses to client requests; collaborate with team leads to flag any potential "watch-outs."
  • Quality Control: Last review on deliverables before they reach the client to ensure they are high-quality and address the client's brief/feedback.
  • Feedback Management: Monitor all communication channels for client feedback; consolidate and funnel notes into Monday.com, while alerting the relevant team members.
  • Sprint Support: Attend weekly sprint calls to provide updates on client needs and ensure the team is aligned on upcoming tasks.
  • Market Awareness: Track social media pauses or general "heat moments" that might impact scheduled posting for clients.
  • Strategic Support: Participate in client briefings and partner with the strategy team to anticipate and prepare for client questions.
  • Scope Compliance: Maintain an understanding of the Scopes of Work (SOW) and monitor servicing reports to ensure all committed items are delivered.
  • Reporting: Flag any servicing or budget concerns to the account lead promptly.
