About The Position

Aramark Healthcare+ has an immediate opening for a Clinical Nutrition Support Dietitian to join our team of healthcare professionals at Baylor Scott and White- Temple. As a Clinical Nutrition Support Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing nutrition support and education to patients in a critical care setting. Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Temple is a 630 bed, not-for-profit medical center located in Temple, Texas. It is part of the Baylor Scott & White Health system, which is the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Texas and one of the largest in the United States. It is a Level I Trauma Center offering specialized centers including the Cancer Center, Heart and Vascular Institute, Neuroscience Institute, and Transplant Institute.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential required
• Texas State licensure or eligibility for licensure
• 2 or more years of clinical nutrition experience, including experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessments, diagnoses, and interventions to patients who require nutrition support
• Develop nutrition care plans and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
• Educate patients and their families on nutrition-related topics
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and meetings
• Assist in the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives
