About The Position
Northern Mahaska Specialty Care, a 79-bed long-term care skilled nursing community, is hiring a compassionate Dietary Services Manager (DSM). This role involves providing comprehensive care and positively influencing the lives of residents during their healthcare journey. Care Initiatives operates over forty skilled nursing communities across Iowa, committed to exceptional care and support.
Requirements
- Documented completion of State-approved Food Services Supervisor Course
- Demonstrated skills in quantity food preparation and service
- Willingness to complete training in Food, Safety, Sanitation and Modified Diets
Nice To Haves
- Certified Food Protection Manager and ServSafe® Certification preferred
- Experience in a healthcare dietary setting a plus!
