Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and snacks, following the menu and standardized recipes.
  • Check trays for menu compliance, diet preferences, and accuracy.
  • Prepare food in accordance with standard recipes to ensure proper consistency of mechanical soft and pureed foods.
  • Wash dishes and clean the kitchen area following meal service, ensuring that all dishes are properly stored.
  • Provide all dietary services in a safe manner, using proper infection control measures.
