The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed/instructed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures. Preps and serves breakfast, snacks, and noon meals to all participants according to dietary orders under the supervision and direction of the Registered Dietician (RD) and the Food Service Manager. Also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the serving kitchen and equipment.
