The Dietary Aide delivers quality meals, snacks, and refreshments to patients in the Recovery Care Center. This may include leaving the facility to obtain meals, groceries or supplies from any of our contracted vendors (including restaurants). The Dietary Aide will also be responsible for the cleaning and stocking of kitchen areas and assisting the immediate supervisor with tasks to support department operations. Prepare and deliver patient meals, snacks, and refreshments to patients in accordance with patient’s dietary requirements. 2. Apportions and places food servings on plates and trays according to menu. 3. Serves tray to patients in a friendly and positive manner. 4. Collects tray from patient rooms after patients finish. 5. Washes dishes and cleans work area. 6.
