About The Position

Bonnell Aluminum is searching for an individual to join our Extrusion Die Shop team. What You’ll Be Responsible For: Perform all daily AM / PM’s associated with the job. Retrieve and break down die tooling from each press Process die/die tooling through caustic, shot blast, and nitride when needed Pump used caustic to caustic tank storage Replace die tooling in proper bin location Unload and receive log inventory Load log tables (infeed to extrusion presses) Maintain die bin and billet yard 5S’s and organization Take out scrap bundles and full scrap bins to the scrap billet yard. Responsible for maintaining all measuring equipment/tools which are associated with the job Perform quality checks on Dies, Die tooling, Die rings, etc. Basic data entry Work Environment/Physical Demands/Job Requirements: Die Chaser Certification (Bonnell) Forklift certification (Bonnell) Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs. Requirements

• Die Chaser Certification (Bonnell)
• Forklift certification (Bonnell)
• Ability to push, pull, or lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to do basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers)
• Basic computer skills
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Pass company background and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma/GED preferred
