About The Position

cTrace Solutions is seeking a Dialysis Technician to work in a correctional facility in Orient, Ohio. This role offers competitive pay, weekly compensation, and a Sign-On Bonus. The contract length is 6 months with a high likelihood of extension.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• Ohio DT License

Responsibilities

• Obtains and documents pre-dialysis vital signs to include weight and temperature
• Inspects patient’s dialysis access and inserts needed and initiates dialysis according to unit protocol and patient prescription
• Prepares dialysate according to established procedures and patient’s prescription
• Measures, calculates and adjusts blood flow rates according to established protocols and prescription
• Administers anticoagulant according to unit protocols and prescription
• Changes fluid removal rate and patient position and administers Normal Saline as directed by RN, ALP order or unit protocol.
