About The Position

DaVita is hiring a Dialysis Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease at their Rockside Dialysis outpatient clinic in Independence, Ohio. As a PCT, you will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. The operational hours for the clinic are MWF 4:30am - 7:30pm and TTHS 6:00am - 2:00pm. PCTs are expected to work 3-4 days per week, including a minimum of two Saturdays per month, with shifts potentially starting as early as 4:00 am. The clinic utilizes Fresenius Blue Stat 2018 T machines and has 16 chairs. Staffing includes 1 RN and 4 Dialysis Techs on M/W/F, and 1 RN and 2 Dialysis Techs on T/Th/S per shift. While training hours may vary, new teammates typically work 32-40 hours per week during this period. A flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
Willing to float between local clinics if needed
Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Responsibilities
