Emerging Technologies: Explore and pilot innovative technologies (e.g., QR payments, NFC, blockchain, AI-driven fraud detection) to enhance payment experiences. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor moves in the digital payments space. Bench-marking: Regularly assess performance against industry benchmarks and best practices to identify areas for improvement. Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all payment innovations comply with local and international financial regulations. Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, operations, IT, and finance to ensure smooth delivery and support of payment products.
