About The Position

Card Program Strategy & Development Lead the design and rollout of card products (debit, credit, prepaid) in collaboration with product, business, and digital teams, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. Revenue Growth & Optimization Develop and execute initiatives that drive card usage and profitability, including loyalty programs, co-branding, pricing strategies, and strategic partnerships. Customer Segmentation & Value Proposition Define and implement targeted card solutions for key customer segments to maximize adoption, usage, and lifestyle value. Process Innovation & Efficiency Oversee the redesign and optimization of card issuance and servicing processes to improve turnaround times, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Vendor & Partner Management Manage strategic relationships with card schemes, personalization bureaus, and delivery partners to ensure service quality, innovation, and cost-effectiveness. Service Delivery Oversight Ensure seamless coordination with branches and support units to guarantee timely and accurate card issuance, activation, and replacement, aligned with SLAs and customer expectations. Cross-Functional Leadership Champion collaboration across digital channels, IT, marketing, and finance to align card initiatives with broader business objectives and digital transformation goals. Innovation & Emerging Technologies Lead the exploration and integration of new payment technologies such as mobile wallets, virtual cards, NFC, and tokenization to enhance product relevance and competitiveness. Performance Management & Analytics Monitor and report on key performance indicators including portfolio profitability, issuance volumes, activation rates, and transaction trends to inform strategic decisions. Business Intelligence & Strategic Planning Provide actionable insights and market intelligence to support business planning, product refinement, and growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Banking/Finance or equivalent
  • Merchant Acquiring and card background
  • 4 years of experience
