About The Position

SPCA Tampa Bay is looking for a Development Operations Manager. This role is critical in ensuring the effectiveness, accuracy, and scalability of SPCA Tampa Bay’s fundraising operations. This role is responsible for the strategy, administration, and optimization of the organization’s CRM (Virtuous) and related fundraising systems. The Development Operations Manager partners closely with front-line fundraisers to analyze, develop, implement, and maintain the systems, workflows, and reporting that support the successful execution of the annual development plan and long-term fundraising goals.

Requirements

Experience with Virtuous CRM a plus.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree.
Experience working in a nonprofit or fundraising environment.

Responsibilities

Advance SPCA Tampa Bay’s mission by maximizing the integration and use of fundraising technology to improve donor engagement, operational efficiency, data integrity, and revenue outcomes
Identify, recommend, and implement processes to improve the performance of fundraising campaigns and donor engagement initiatives.
Serve as the primary expert and administrator for SPCA Tampa Bay’s CRM, Virtuous.
Configure, manage, and maintain user roles, permissions, workflows, properties, and fundraising processes within Virtuous.
Customize donation forms, campaigns, fundraising pages, and online giving experiences to ensure optimal donor usability and accurate data capture.
