JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the Leadership and ongoing development of the Talent Development team(s) providing impactful learning experiences and resources to build individual, team and operational leadership competence in assigned operational departments. Is a strategic partner who leads their teams and assists their business partners in identifying barriers/root causes to performance opportunities and recommends and executes targeted business solutions for improvement. Partners to create and facilitate resulting curriculum and interventions as dictated by thorough needs assessment, aligned with business needs.
