Position Overview: The Repisodic Development team is a fast-moving, high-quality group focused on solving one of healthcare’s most complex challenges: patient discharge. We are growing rapidly and are expanding the scope of our work and the team to solve it. To help us do that, we are looking for a hands-on Development Manager with an outstanding technical skillset to manage the team, strengthen our development processes, and ensure we ship reliable, secure software to our customers. This role blends people leadership, technical execution, and operational ownership. You’ll define how we build, test, and ultimately release software—and stay closely involved at every step, from requirements intake through production deployment. We operate like a startup within a larger organization – highly collaborative, often challenging status quo, and always looking to get better.
