We’re looking for a goal-focused, results-driven Development Manager to lead our development team. This role combines strong project management discipline, business analysis skills, and people leadership to ensure our internal tools, automations, and workflows are delivered consistently and effectively. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage project intake and scoping, assign workloads, and keep business stakeholders aligned with plans and delivery. You’ll build structure, clarity, and accountability across the internal development vertical so projects move forward predictably and nothing falls through the cracks. Occasional in-person meetings may be required. The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000/annually. We determine starting pay based on a thorough evaluation of job-related factors, including geographic location, market conditions, relevant experience, training, and education. This process ensures a fair and competitive salary that aligns with both the company and the candidate’s qualifications.
