Summary At our ministry, we are passionate about forming lasting faith in every child, everywhere! As the Development Coordinator on our Donor Development team, you will play a vital, integrative role in advancing our organization’s donor development strategy of exceptional donor care. You will facilitate and serve as a primary support between donors and the Development team, ensuring donor needs are met with excellence and timeliness. You will also enhance the effectiveness of the Development team by coordinating administrative processes, equipping team members with tools and information, and providing direct executive support to the Chief Development Officer (CDO). Reporting to the CDO and working closely with Development team leadership, you will thrive in this role if you are gifted in relational intelligence and administration, and are adaptable, organized with a high attention to detail, able to successfully balance multiple priorities, a problem-solver committed to excellence, and have a heart for mission work that directly impacts the lives of children and youth around the world. We’re seeking someone who views administrative support work not just as a series of tasks, but as vital ministry work and a way to utilize God’s gifting on your life. In this full-time, salaried position, you will have the opportunity to work both in our office in St. Charles, IL 1-2 days per week, and from home the remaining days. You may also have the opportunity to travel occasionally as well. Hiring Range for this position is: $45,000 to $50,000.
