Overview Cypress Creek Renewables is seeking a motivated candidate for a Development Business Administrator position in the renewable energy industry. This position would support multiple Development teams on projects located across the country. As a Business Administrator supporting Cypress Creek projects, this position balances sound internal communication with coordinating and documenting development activities using cloud-based document management and project information databases and reporting tools. An effective candidate will demonstrate comprehensive attention to detail, superior organization, a desire to efficiently solve problems, enthusiastic initiative, effective communication skills and an ability to work with others across multiple teams.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in previous Administrator roles, especially supporting a large, distributed team
  • Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft excel, skills required
  • Strong work ethic and ability to self-start in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Results driven and solutions oriented
  • Confidence to take initiative to figure it out, but also to ask questions when needed
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with little supervision and to seek help when needed
  • Demonstrated team-first mentality and willingness to do whatever it takes

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce and DocuSign experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and maintaining internal conversations between Development, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Digital, and Vendors
  • Onboarding vendors and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Creating and managing Purchase Orders (and other payments) and invoices on a daily basis
  • Maintain projections of upcoming payments to inform project budgets and cash forecasts
  • Executing time-sensitive payments and other financial commitments to entities like, but not limited to, landowners, utilities, government institutions, and nonprofits
  • Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to concerns that Development, Account Payable, Systems Management, Vendors, and/or Third-Party Consultants may have
  • Supporting the upkeep of Development and Construction data across systems and platforms
  • Uploading and naming files in SharePoint using Document Management Policy convention
  • Adding Site Control agreement info (including contact info) into Sitetracker
  • Support in external Data Room creation and organization of files in Data Room
  • Track required project deliverables (project memo, schedule, budget, etc.) and ensure that projects have required items based on their Stage Gating stage
