Are you fueled by community, purpose, and the power of sport? CAF is looking for a dynamic Development and Events Manager to lead the growth, stewardship, and engagement of our cycling community. In this role, you’ll connect riders to a mission that changes lives—cultivating donors, building partnerships, crafting unforgettable ride experiences, and helping cyclists of all levels feel part of something bigger than themselves. If you love bringing people together for a worthy cause and engage in impactful work, this role is for you. The Challenged Athletes Foundation® (CAF) is a world leader in helping individuals with physical challenges get involved – and stay involved – in sports and fitness. CAF believes that participation in sports at any level increases self-esteem, encourages independence, and enhances quality of life. Since 1994, more than $178 million has been raised and over 48,000 funding requests from challenged athletes in all 50 states and 70 countries have been satisfied. CAF is headquartered in San Diego with regional presence in New York City, San Francisco and Boise, Idaho. This is a full-time, exempt position. The current schedule is hybrid, and the Manager must be based in San Diego.
