About The Position

The Events & Community Associate – West Coast, is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of all events and partner activations at Spring Fertility—owning project management from pre-production and logistics to onsite execution and thoughtful post-event wrap. This role ensures the seamless delivery of in-person and virtual experiences that strengthen relationships, support pipeline growth, and advance our broader growth marketing goals across key audiences. This is a uniquely immersive role that blends event production, relationship-building, and brand experience in equal measure ensuring that every event reflects the brand values and operational excellence of Spring Fertility. You’ll work closely with the Senior Events Manager, Physician Liaison and Marketing team and contribute meaningfully to the growth of our patient community, helping foster deeper relationships with our patients. This role offers significant growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling fertility company, with hands-on exposure to event strategy, community building, experiential marketing, partnerships, and brand experience.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of event coordination, community management, experiential marketing, or related professional experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Luma, Eventbrite, Partiful )
  • Desire to own an ROI-positive events strategy, specifically as we open more clinics
  • Comfortable and outgoing presence. Must be able to represent Spring Fertility at all of our West Coast events, communicating effectively with all patients and providers

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all Spring Fertility community, in-clinic events and partnerships events across our West Coast clinics
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics: Venue discovery and holds Vendor coordination Decor and creative details Guest list management and communication Run-of-show development Manage physician support Event setup and breakdown
  • Serve as on-site support for all events, ensuring a seamless, white-glove patient experience.
  • Own event budget tracking, ensuring alignment with event allocations and cost visibility.
  • Maintain an organized internal database of best-in-class venues, vendors, and creative partners
  • Manage RSVPs, confirmations, pre-event communication, and guest experience workflows in coordination with the Senior Events Manager
  • Assist in capturing event insights, learnings, and feedback to support continuous refinement.
  • Contribute directly to brand and community building by crafting meaningful touchpoints at all events that strengthen relationships with Spring Fertility patients
  • Manage creative execution of events including creation of branded collateral, décor & on-site setup
  • Seek out & facilitate collaboration with like-minded brands for event collaboration & gifting opportunities
  • Support our Info Session and other educational virtual programs
  • Coordinate post-event lead uploads and follow-up details in partnership with sales and marketing operations.
