JOB SUMMARY: - Develop, design, validate, help implement, and deliver E-Learning courses. - Lead projects that interconnect talent development programs for end to end technology learning. CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leverage adult learning theory to develop quality e-learning programs and engaging learning resources - Collaborate with content experts from various departments and across functions to ensure quality and accuracy of all training materials and adherence to deadlines. - Develop and/or procures graphics and content to incorporate into e-learning applications. - Create scripts/storyboards when planning for a new online learning module or video. - Manage and load training to aligned learning management systems to ensure eLearning courses function properly and are accessible to trainees. - Serve as producer for virtual classroom sessions. - Research third-party learning tools and solutions, and provide recommendations for improving existing offerings and resources. - Maintain and update existing eLearning courses.
