Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Synthesia, and other eLearning platforms.
• Experience creating enterprise-level eLearning for global audiences.
• Strong understanding of instructional design and accessibility compliance.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize content for LMS environments.
• Strong storytelling ability to make learning engaging and relatable.
• Innovative and creative approach to digital learning design.
• Ability to design fun, visually appealing, and interactive experiences.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and workflows.
• Agile and comfortable in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
• Prompt-writing capability for AI-driven (Co-Pilot preferred) content development.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and similar tools.
• Convert instructional design documents into visually compelling, engaging content.
• Create scenario-based activities, simulations, and assessments aligned with adult learning principles.
• Ensure all content meets accessibility standards and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to iterate and improve deliverables.
• Manage version control and maintain documentation for all eLearning assets.
