This Desktop technician will be supporting deployments of the hardware, password resets, break/fix on hardware, upgrading software, workstation setups and more. They will be supporting applications as well as interfacing with other teams. Networking troubleshooting as well. Reimaging experience is a must as well. Requirements
- 2-3 years of Desktop Support
- Experience with Deployments & Reimaging hardware & network troubleshooting
- Hardware support like laptops, desktops, printer, mobile devices, handhelds scanners
- Reimaging experience
