We’re seeking a Desktop Support professional to play a key role in an upcoming Windows 11 migration project. This is a 2–3+ month onsite opportunity in Menomonee Falls, WI, supporting the rollout of new laptops and workstations at a corporate facility. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of technology transformation—deploying new hardware, resolving break/fix issues, and providing hands-on support to end users as they transition to Windows 11. You’ll collaborate closely with users, ensuring a smooth deployment experience and quickly addressing any post-migration OS or hardware issues. This position is highly user-facing, so exceptional customer service is just as important as technical skill. While the initial engagement is project-based, there is potential for extension.
