About The Position

Responsible for several aspects of hardware and software support across the PC environment. Oversee a ticket queue for submitted problems and requests. Provide customer service and technical support to staff. Collaborate and work solo on various projects and initiatives within the IT environment. Assist in tracking and maintaining of IT solutions database. Education/Training: Associates degree in related field of study Work experience of 2-4 years may be substituted in lieu of education Licenses/Certification: A+ Certification preferred, additional certifications (Microsoft in particular) are a plus Required Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and applications Experience working with M365 products and applications Ability to dissect and troubleshoot technical issues Excellent teamwork and communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience working in a healthcare and/or customer service setting Familiarity or experience working with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Intune Essential Job Functions: Technical support and customer service to hospital staff Hardware and software deployment and maintenance Maintain ticket queue and support documentation Assist with IT projects and initiatives Other duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
