About The Position
This person would provide on site desktop support troubleshooting PCs and printers and various IT equipment.
Requirements
- Deskside support on-site is requested due to the frequent PC issues incurred
- Network support contacts/escalation points ? need the ability to raise a ticket and obtain a prompt response
- Unix support contacts/escalation points ? need the ability to raise a ticket and obtain a prompt response
- AD support contacts/escalation points ? need the ability to raise a ticket and obtain a prompt response
Responsibilities
- Provide on site desktop support
- Troubleshoot PCs
- Troubleshoot printers
- Troubleshoot various IT equipment
