About The Position
We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide Desktop Support. The primary responsibilities include deploying single sign-on badges and new systems, as well as refreshing computers to align with new application requirements. This role also involves workstation refreshes.
Requirements
- Ability to be on-site in Sioux Falls.
- Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
Responsibilities
- Deploy single sign-on badges and new systems.
- Refresh computers to meet new application recommendations.
- Perform workstation refreshes.
- Provide on-site support in Sioux Falls and travel to other locations as needed.
- Troubleshooting problem areas in a timely and accurate fashion, and providing end user training.
