About The Position

Our client is seeking a Field Support Analyst to provide onsite IT support at its Los Angeles location. This role is highly customer-facing and focused on delivering exceptional end-user support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support for hardware and software issues
  • Supporting a wide range of end users within the office building
  • Responding to and resolving tickets through a ticketing system within SLA timelines
  • Troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook
  • Managing user accounts and access via Active Directory
  • Supporting device management through Microsoft Intune
  • Performing remote and onsite troubleshooting
  • Maintaining office technology and ensuring operational readiness
  • Delivering high-quality customer service in a front-facing support role
