Sentinel Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in IT, a calm and positive demeanor, and the ability to learn quickly. You’ll work closely with two experienced IT professionals who will mentor you as you grow your technical skills. This role involves providing hands-on technical support, managing onboarding/offboarding processes, and performing occasional physical tasks such as setting up workstations or moving equipment. If you’re proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership of issues, this is a great opportunity to build a solid foundation in IT. This is a contract position that is based 100% onsite in Scottsdale, AZ with a strict schedule of 9am-5pm. MOTIVATED…..make IT happen!
