About The Position

We’re hiring a Desktop Support Specialist to be the go-to tech support for our teams. You’ll keep employees productive by solving everyday IT issues, setting up equipment, and making technology easy to use. If you enjoy hands-on work, variety in your day, and being the person others rely on when tech goes sideways—this is a great fit.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of desktop or IT support experience
  • Strong Windows and hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Intune
  • Comfort supporting Apple and Android mobile devices
  • Basic networking knowledge (Cisco a plus)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for employee IT support
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and connectivity issues
  • Set up laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Install software, updates, and security patches
  • Support Windows environments, Office 365, and Active Directory
  • Manage and prioritize helpdesk tickets
  • Walk users through solutions and provide friendly tech training
  • Assist with IT upgrades, rollouts, and projects
  • Keep systems running smoothly and documented
