Our client is looking for Desktop Support candidates to assist with the 2026 Summer Internship and New Hire Program. This initiative includes two phases: Phase 1: Supporting 500+ Summer Interns who will be working with our client over the summer before returning to college. During the first few weeks, Desktop Support candidates will be responsible for profiling, installing, and configuring laptops/desktops for the summer interns. This includes installing proprietary applications and market data applications such as FactSet and Bloomberg. Market data experience is not required; however, financial services experience and large enterprise experience are strong pluses. After the initial setup phase, candidates will provide desk-side support to interns. Common issues include network connectivity, printer setup, Outlook email issues, and Windows 11 operating system troubleshooting. Phase 2: Once the internship phase concludes, the New Hire Program will begin. Desktop Support candidates will provide the same install, profiling, and configuration support for approximately 450–500+ new hire employees. The setup phase will last about one month, followed by ongoing desktop support for new hires through the end of August. The role is on-site in Midtown Manhattan. This is a 1st shift position with some potential for overtime. Candidates must be highly professional, reliable, and able to commit to a short-term project. Excellent communication skills are required.
