About The Position

At the direction of the IT Desktop Support Supervisor, assist implementation, support, disposal and inventory of desktops and desktop software for Pinnacle Data Services and its affiliated banks. Monday though Friday 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM; Rotating Saturday 7 AM - 1 PM Must be local to the Omaha Metro area.

Nice To Haves

  • Prefer 1-2 years of previous computer technician experience or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Installs and supports Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Exchange and Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Windows updates and patches, including servers, personal computers, printers, and other LAN connected devices, both locally at PSC and remotely at all banks for the life span of the device.
  • Provides phone support of the listed systems. This can vary from 7:00am to 6:00pm as needed.
  • Tracks work in ticketing system.
  • Work hours and days may vary. Techs may need to do updates during the late night / early morning hours, and on weekends. Techs will need to carry a cell phone to be contacted as needed.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
