Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite of software products
  • ITIL Knowledge
  • Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot hardware and software systems
  • Ability to communicate and work with others effectively
  • Working knowledge of PC hardware configurations and troubleshooting
  • Imaging experience with SCCM

Responsibilities

  • Provides technical customer service support via in-person, phone, and email
  • Troubleshoots and provides laptop upgrade support to end users
  • Supports both technical and non-technical end users
  • Escalates advanced issues to the appropriate team members
