Deployment Technician
About The Position
Windows 11 project. They will need 4 deployment technicians. Communication with Project Manager - updates on issues, sending detailed end of day reports. Follow Email template for end of day notes. What was deployed, struggles? Active communication. Being able to communicate with both with client and onsite team. Project will consist of Where/what/swapping out, white glove laptop swaps. For deployment techs, can they follow directions, communicate with Dr/nurse. The types of tasks they will be responsible for are a mix of structured and unstructured tasks. Applies his/her experience and knowledge in solving problems in accordance with standard procedures; develops appropriate course of action and escalates as appropriate. Soft Skills: Team Oriented, Collaborative, Excellent Communication Skills, Great Customer Service Skills, Patient Care Focused, Operate with Integrity.

Nice To Haves
- Location of Candidate (preferably as close to Sandusky as possible)
- Hospital experience
- Owns their own vehicle
- Willing to work shift differential (6am-3pm or 4pm-9pm – this has not been requested but most hospital projects have required irregular shifts)
