About The Position

Seeking Desktop Deployment Technicians to support domain migrations, device deployments, and end‑user assistance across multiple clinical office locations. Technicians will work in small teams and follow a structured playbook to complete onsite technical tasks.

Requirements

• PC hardware/software support
• Basic networking understanding
• Strong customer service; comfortable in clinical settings
• Ability to follow detailed technical steps
• Local travel required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation needed

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare or EMR environment experience
• Printer setup/troubleshooting
• General customer support

Responsibilities

• Perform workstation swaps, in‑place imaging, and USB‑based reimaging
• Set up monitors, barcode scanners, label printers, and other peripherals
• Assist users with login, email profile, OneDrive, and basic app access
• Troubleshoot common issues (printers, Wi‑Fi, device connectivity)
• Connect workstation cabling (no advanced networking required)
• Log device/user details and deployment status in tracking sheets
• Follow detailed instructions and coordinate with project leads
