General Position Summary Desktop Support Lead is responsible for establishing, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining software and hardware needs of end-users. You must also train the departments deskside support staff to perform their duties at a high level which includes but is not limited to break/fix, shipping, receiving, recycling, inventory management, hardware and software lifecycle management, endpoint security and MDM.
