Job Title: Deskside Support Representative Distributed Client Services Location : Boise,ID Duration: 12 months with possible extension · skills Overview (list or overview): Candidates should be able to diagnose and remedy complex Microsoft OS problem tickets, configure and install common applications and install/remove desktop PCs and monitors. · Need experience with iOS, HVDs and COU/Smart devices. · Must have good verbal and written skills, as well as ability to interact positively with clients. · Candidates should have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Work is done at customer location. · Desktop support forwalk-up and scheduled appointments giving the client the premiere retail experience is imperative.

Requirements
