About The Position

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our creative team and help bring innovative, on-brand concepts to life across multiple channels. Work collaboratively with the CD/ACD and design team, taking direction from the creative leadership team to develop well-conceived, on-brand communication and design concepts using Adobe Creative Suite, while delivering on the creative standards set by One10. Maintain a productive and harmonious relationship with other designers, writers, proofreaders, account managers, and project management.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in agency or design firm with design and production skills
• Portfolio demonstrating strong creative concepts, compelling visuals and innovation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat — Premiere Pro a plus
• Strong conceptual abilities and original thinking for clients
• Self-motivated, responsible, able to meet deadlines
• Strong internal communications skills to broader team
• Stay current and on-trend in the industry
• Strong typography and foundational design skills, compositions, and color theory
• Strong eye for attention to details
• Ability to think, react and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Handle projects from original concept through final production
• Work on a variety of design assignments that may include online/mobile projects, interactive PDFs, print, social media, brand/logo designs — video production skills a plus
• Opportunity to work on full communications campaigns as well as individual communications elements
• Define design vision and client-specific brand application, present work, and support it with insights and rationale
• Ability to interpret and adhere to brand standards
• Participate in developing ideas for new business
• Present work internally and externally to clients as needed
• Export HTML5 through InDesign
• Understand basic UX/UI concepts
