The firm is seeking a talented recent graduate or entry-level design professional in architecture to join their team in Atlanta, Georgia.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in architecture from a NAAB accredited college or university
  • 0-5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated mastery of the job duties listed above
  • Ability to network within the industry
  • Knowledge of materials, project design, and introductory knowledge of construction documentation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, professional manner
  • Ability to problem solve with attention to detail and a desire to learn from and mentor others
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • On track for future professional licensure

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to work in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-up, Rhino, Enscape, or other modeling and rendering programs is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of assignments requiring the application of standard architectural design techniques for small projects or sections of larger projects
  • Perform design layouts and features, which require researching, compiling, and recording information for assigned project work
  • Engage and contribute to project opportunities as part of a larger project team; may take on leadership of smaller projects under the guidance of a seasoned professional
  • Develop required technical and functional skills in related technologies, which may include Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam Revu, Enscape, Sketchup, Rhino, and other 2D and 3D computer aided drafting, modeling, and rendering programs
  • Participate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firm
  • Build and maintain a network of connections within the industry; attend events central to the firm’s strengths and goals
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
