This role requires exceptional attention to detail, organization, and accuracy to ensure all materials are visually consistent and error-free across various deliverables. The production specialist will work closely with designers and the Creative Operations Manager to prepare final files for print and digital output. Maintaining efficiency in Adobe InDesign is essential, along with a strong understanding of layout structure, templates, typography, character and paragraph styles, and best practices for file production.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of related experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong skills in templatization
• Strong organizational and file management skills
• Knowledge of print and digital production
• Ability to work efficiently within established brand guidelines
• Excellent time management
• High level of technical accuracy and consistency
