About The Position

Design of capacitor stack rack equipment solutions to satisfy customer specific applications. Designs to comply with IEEE and/or IEC standards as well as customer specifications. Solutions may include integration with switches, reactors, arresters, PTs, and CTs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering in an accredited university
Proficiency with Solid Modeling software

Nice To Haves

Proficiency with AutoCAD and Inventor
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Good mechanical aptitude

Responsibilities

Review customer specifications and create proposed solutions including cost estimates and proposal drawings.
Interact with the customer and marketing to resolve questions and issues related to generating a proposed solution.
Process requisitions, create drawings, and bill of materials for manufacturing.
Submit final drawings and instruction books to the customer.
Work with production control to co-ordinate order priority, new and/or special items, and identify long lead items.
Work with the manufacturing to resolve manufacturing, quality, and process issues.
Participate on business productivity teams.
Work with marketing and quality teams on customer issue resolution.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80,000.00 and $120,000.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: ineligible.
