Our Design team is responsible for establishing the direction for our lines, (including trends, color, and style). These lines are shared at buyer meetings and once orders are placed, they manage and oversee the production process in conjunction with cross-functional partners.

The production process is a critical part of our design work, and we are seeking a Design Production Assistant who can manage this end-to-end. Please note this is not a true Design role, this is a support role and will entail being able to multi-task across multiple seasons and customer lines while executing on these key job responsibilities:

Requirements

• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, & Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Candidate must be passionate about fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Execute organized and accurate technical development & production packages:
• Attention to detail on construction details, sketches, fabrications, trims, print, and color details.
• Ensure color and trim specifications are accurately listed and prepare production ready print and graphic artwork.
• Work with the Design team to make sure artwork is sized correctly.
• Send out tech packs and sample requests, along with production artwork and color standards.
• Correspond with overseas factories regarding production questions; reach out to Design team for assistance as needed.
