About The Position

Design Optimization Specialist Key Responsibilities: ∙ Support Mechanical Design Optimization Projects: Contribute to projects aimed at improving our engineering and manufacturing processes. ∙ Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and process raw data and conduct analysis to support data-driven project prioritization. ∙ Quality Assurance: Assist in providing quality assurance for new designs and bills of material to ensure they meet our high standards. ∙ Cost/Benefit Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive cost/benefit analyses for proposed projects. ∙ Troubleshooting and Clarification: Work closely with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and clarify design concerns, ensuring smooth implementation and production. Qualifications: ∙ Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret complex data. ∙ Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and manufacturing teams. ∙ Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality assurance. ∙ Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-sufficiency in problem-solving. ∙ Experience in engineering or manufacturing processes is a plus. ∙ Familiarity with CREO and/or AutoCAD is a plus. Qualification: ⦁ BE or Equivalent
