Key Responsibilities: Identify and assess marketing needs across counties, developing strategic plans and resources aimed at encouraging membership growth and increasing engagement. Serve as the main point of contact for county event marketing requests, offering guidance and solutions to county leaders. Develop and distribute marketing toolkits (“event-in-a-box”) for key programs such as Ag Day, county fairs, rural road safety campaigns, and Ag in the Classroom/Book of the Year, making it easier for counties to effectively promote INFB and agriculture. Advise county leaders on brand alignment and advertising best practices, and review proposed county advertising campaigns as requested. Design a variety of county meeting materials including postcards, emails, banners, surveys, flyers, stickers, and social media graphics. Create and distribute a monthly e-newsletter with relevant and timely organizational updates. Support the marketing team on special projects and assist with State Fair initiatives as directed. Perform other job duties as assigned.
