Key Responsibilities: Work closely with engineering, production, and support personnel on projects that will test both their technical and interpersonal capabilities. Learn the processing and documentation required to meet the elevated quality levels dictated by the FAA. Employ a data-driven approach for designing manufacturing drawings for test systems. Support New Products Integration (NPI) and Development through data collection and analysis. Work with Returned Goods to conduct investigations and identify potential design improvements. Typical Mental and Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to walk, stand, stoop, bend, crawl, climb and sit for extended periods of time. The team member is required to demonstrate manual dexterity and use hands to operate machinery. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Also expected of the team member is regular attendance and the ability to work cooperatively and professionally with others. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. In addition to the key responsibilities listed above, this position requires successful completion of all other duties assigned by management. Office schedule will be determined between you and your supervisor.
