About The Position

The Design & Creative Production Intern will support the marketing team by assisting with the execution and production of visual assets across digital, social, trade show, and sales enablement channels. This role focuses on design support, asset preparation, and content adaptation, helping increase creative output while maintaining brand standards.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
Coursework or hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
Strong attention to detail
Ability to take feedback and apply revisions
Time management and organizational skills
Collaborative mindset
Creative problem-solving

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with social media or digital-first design is a plus
Portfolio, class projects, or work samples preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with the creation, resizing, and formatting of marketing assets for digital, social media, email, and web use
Support trade show and event graphics, including signage, booth assets, and promotional materials
Prepare design files for internal review and production (exports, file organization, versioning)
Work from established brand guidelines and templates to ensure visual consistency
Collaborate with the graphic designer and content team on campaign execution
Assist with basic image editing, layout adjustments, and asset updates
Other duties as assigned
Support light motion graphics or video editing if skills permit
Assist with organizing and maintaining creative asset libraries
