The Creative Design Marketing Intern will support the Creative Team in production and execution across active initiatives, including marketing assets, social media graphics, product visuals, and brand collateral. This is an active, hands-on internship designed to support ongoing brand initiatives while fostering the development of emerging creative talent through ownership, mentorship, and exposure to real campaign work. Development Opportunities Campaign Leadership: Opportunity to lead a creative campaign from concept to execution, gaining experience in strategy, design iteration, and project delivery. Photoshoot Experience: Hands-on involvement in on-set photoshoots, learning how concepts translate into final brand assets. Mentorship: Direct guidance from senior designers and the Head of Creative to refine skills, receive feedback, and develop professional habits. Portfolio Growth: Meaningful work that contributes to a competitive, real-world portfolio.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with social media graphics, marketing assets, and digital content creation.
  • Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills across visual, written, and verbal channels.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and openness to feedback.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally through hands-on mentorship and guided project ownership.
  • Familiarity with Mac OS, Microsoft Office 365 suite, and digital asset management tools (DropBox, File Manager).
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communication, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Demonstrates interest in apparel, lifestyle products, or brand development.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) 80% of the day and occasionally reach, bend and move inside the office to access files and product.
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform computer tasks and operate other office machinery.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with internal and external customers and must be able to exchange accurate information in a clear manner.
  • Ability to move 10-20 lbs occasionally throughout day.
  • Able to hear a telephone ring.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of web design, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), HTML/CSS, templating languages (Liquid/Smarty),or photography/video production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with production of digital and print creative assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Support social content creation, formatting, and scheduling across platforms.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage files for campaigns and product launches.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms, critiques, and reviews, contributing fresh ideas.
  • Assist with asset management and overall project organization to maintain team efficiency.
  • Provide on-set support during photoshoots, including styling, props, logistics, and setup.
  • Execute a guided campaign project from concept to delivery under mentorship from the Head of Creative.
  • Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders, including senior designers, Creative Manager, and marketing teams.
  • Contribute to continuous learning by staying informed on design trends, techniques, and tools.
