The purpose of this role is assisting the Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Design & Construction Team with daily administrative functions and office duties. Responsibilities include: Ability to utilize Microsoft Office software and specialty software packages Strong computer skills Strong organization skills Willing to learn new tasks as assigned Ability to prioritize work on several concurrent activities Ability to communicate professionally with both written and oral techniques Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts Manage project equipment/supply orders and invoicing Manage department credit card reconciliation and cross-charge reports Capture and transcribe notes and action items from project meetings Communicates effectively with client staff members Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner Performs other duties as assigned
