The purpose of this role is assisting the Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Design & Construction Team with daily administrative functions and office duties.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

  • Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts
  • Manage project equipment/supply orders and invoicing
  • Manage department credit card reconciliation and cross-charge reports
  • Capture and transcribe notes and action items from project meetings
  • Communicates effectively with client staff members
  • Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned
