About The Position

Deputy Site Operations Manager The Opportunity: Perform a wide range of responsibilities to safeguard sensitive and classified information for both company and government entities. Provide oversight and management of day-to-day security support to personnel in the areas of base threat analysis, information systems security, communications security support, security risk assessment support, and logistics support. Supervise all movements of classified assets pertaining to operational FMS equipment. Assist with developing and implementing site-specific plans, schedules, and budget s, monitor project progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Cultivate and sustain partnerships with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to enhance collaboration and ensure alignment with project objectives. Present a standard of company values and goals while delivering timely information to the company regarding issues detrimental to the mission. Operate independently while guiding and supervising team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership, including leading cross-functional teams
  • 3+ years of experience in project management
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team of contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors within a contractual environment, including quality control measures and safety standards
  • Experience in the integration of multicultural environments and regulations through teamwork and so cia l interactions
  • Experience tracking trend data, drafting reports, and producing incident reports if violations occur
  • Experience with NISPOM, DoD, and USAF security standards, and COMSEC handling procedures, including proper transportation, security, and management
  • Knowledge of Performance Work Statement ( PWS ) compliance, and best practices for employee relations, evaluation processes, performance documentation, and corporate policies and procedures
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time to austere locations in South Asia, including deployments of up to 6 months
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in management roles, or Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in management roles

  • Experience maintaining physical security inspection checklists IAW applicable DoD requirements
  • Experience serving in the military
  • Ability to proofread for grammar and punctuation with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to de-conflict and manage competing requirements
  • Ability to gather, consolidate, and organize strategic requirements
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all stakeholders ranging from contractors to client senior military and civilian management
  • Ability to manage physical security data to ensure accuracy and currency, including facility security status, vulnerabilities and accreditations, and security container information
  • Possession of excellent presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Master's degree
  • Project Manager Professional ( PMP ) Certification
